The original train depot for the logging town of HorseshoeBend was moved to this incredible property right on the payette River. Built in 1908 this historic depot has two separate rooms available for rent on a nightly basis. Located next door to the iconic Riverside Restaurant means there is always good food nearby. Idahoans travel to this destination restaurant right on the river for the scenic view, country feel, and homey atmosphere.

Remolded older home, 2000 sq ft. There is a queen bed in one bedroom next to large living room and a mini fridge with freezer right outside the bedroom. The living room is furnished with a couch, love seat, and an oversized chair and has a big screen TV. The bathroom (stool, sink shower/tub) and laundry are on the same level and available for guest use. The other bedroom with two twin beds is up two steps, through the kitchen and down the hall. There are ceiling fans in both rooms.

Seven Springs Ranch is a 57-acre property tucked away in the foothills by Black Canyon Reservoir.
