Cozy and private one bedroom.
Renting my spare bedroom to a quiet individual, ideally a traveling healthcare worker who needs affordable housing. Use of the commons areas are welcomed as long as they are treated with respect. Bathroom is shared and conveniently located near the room for rent. Room rental is located on the ground level, and I would be located in the 1st floor. I have two friends dogs as well that are not allowed in the spare bedroom to limit the spread of dog hair and allergens.
