NOTE: QUEEN BED SHEETS AND TOWELS NOT PROVIDED. You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. This 2nd floor condo has a large deck which overlooks the ocean and a heated pool. Onsite management for all your needs during your stay. Gas grills and outdoor seating for your meals. Spend the day across the street at the beach, grab a bite to each at many area restaurants, and take a dip in the heated pool. Sofa bed in living room for additional guests (4 guests total allowed).

2 Bedroom Suite with Balcony and Ocean Views - 2B

Our suites offer fully equipped kitchens, dining area, living room with gas fireplace, and central air conditioning. Includes two queen sized beds and a pull out sofa to sleep six comfortably. Also includes WiFi, coin operated laundry, and private balcony. All suites are non-smoking. Includes use of our beautiful private beach. Breakfast is not included in the suite rates starting in 2022, but can be purchased. We also stop serving breakfast during the off-peak season when it's not busy.

Ocean front 2-bedroom suite on beautiful beach

Two bedrooms, jacuzzi tub, ocean view out the windows, nice sandy beach, grill, kitchen, outdoor pool. You must book for an entire week at a time (Friday to Friday). Please read all descriptions and carefully review the photos with their captions. This is NOT a beach house. It is the closest to the ocean 2-bedroom suite in the resort's oceanfront building with views across the dunes to the ocean. The pool is down the stairs outside the door; the pool itself is directly above the beach.

Take full advantage of the central location and breathtaking beauty of Nantucket Sound when you stay at The Soundings Seaside Resort. The nicely-appointed rooms situated next to 365 feet of private beach, a great place to base yourself from to experience all that Cape Cod has to offer you and your family. This 1-bedroom suite has one full baths. This unit features fireplaces, while the property offers sweeping views of Nantucket Sound. The suite features a balcony/porch and full kitchen.

Main Suite - Chatham Guest Rooms

This welcoming guest suite has a queen bed and a separate living room with a library, cathedral ceilings, and a full-sized sofa bed (additional fees for use of extra bed). Kitchen is stocked with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, coffee & tea maker, microwave, and dishwasher! Children lodging with an attentive adult must be at least 7 years old. This unit is upstairs. Stairs in old buildings are steeper than modern stairs. Best for guests comfortable with stairs.

Luxury 3 Bed Apartment in Hyannis with Waterpark

We are renting out some of our weeks for our 3 Bedroom apartment in Hyannis, MA. It is located at the Margaritaville Resort. You will have your own private space where you can be comfortable in your apartment while having access to the amenities at the resort. The entire property has just undergone a renovation. Our Bed and Breakfast is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. The neighborhood is quiet, beautiful, well maintain, and within walking distance of local beaches, the fish pier and downtown Chatham where you can dine and shop. The Innkeepers will serve you a continental breakfast each morning. We will clean your room while you are out and about each day. We are also very knowledgeable about great places to eat, shop, or where to go to the beach.

The Cove at Yarmouth in West Yarmouth, Massachusetts (Cape Cod). This is a timeshare resort and is full of amenities. Conveniently located in the heart of Cape Cod. One week only for 2025, Check in 9/12/25 check out 9/19/25 (Friday to Friday). For 2026 and 2027 dates will be in June (6/5/26-6/12/26, 6/4/27-6/11/27)
