Located between Downtown Muncie and Ball State/ IU Ball Memorial hospital, The Main Stay has been completely remodeled top to bottom in the last 5 years and just completed an interior refresh June of 2025 which includes new beds and a mural from a local artist! The property consists of 2 units and you have the entire upstairs unit 2 to yourself. Unit 2 features a deck, 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and full size kitchen. Off street parking is available.

Welcome to Checkers of Muncie! A cozy, art-filled home with vintage flair and local touches. Sleeps 6 with plush queen beds, refinished hardwoods, and an updated bath. The Eagles Nest, two bedroom retreat.

Peaceful, centrally-located historic 1892 Queen Anne Victorian home. The Eagle's Nest has private entrance, off street parking, 2 bedrooms, furnished suite on the 2nd floor overlooking White River. Walk 0.6 miles to downtown Muncie, less than 2 miles to Ball State Univ. and 2 blocks to the Bob Ross Experience (Minnetrista). Nearby eatery and brewery options. Just 29 steps to 62-mile Cardinal Greenway, longest trail in Indiana. Might see an eagle hunting along the river too. You will love it!

The Milton Manor/ near BSU/Minnitrista

The Milton house is very close to everything! Ball State, the Hospital , shopping, restaurants and much more. You have access to your own private fenced in back yard . Relax on the deck while grilling out and enjoying time in the hot tub. Great place for family and friends to hang out . Big deck on the front. Huge concrete driveway you could play corn hole on or other games. Sleeps 12 total in 4 beds one futon and one pull out couch. Over 10 guests is an additional 20.00 charge per person.

This lovely little retreat will not disappoint. I think you will find it to be a relaxing and comfortable place to spend your time in Muncie. We've provided the basics so that it can be your home away from home: fully functioning kitchen, coffee options, hi speed internet, towels, shampoo, conditioner, soaps, bedding, xfinity flex with tv, and board games. 1/2 mile to shops & dining or a walk along the river, 1 mile to BSU. Close the day grilling out while you watch the gorgeous sunset.

You’ll think you are in the country when you arrive at our peaceful 10 acre property right in Muncie. Located near our historic home, built in 1848, you’ll find a carriage house with an upstairs apartment with everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. This is a quaint, rustic cabin like space with private outdoor area. You are only five to 10 minutes from BSU and IU Ball Hospital, downtown, Elm Street Brewing, the Children’s Museum, walking trails and most restaurants.
