Ideal for a quiet holiday near the lively holiday spot of Ayia Napa at a 5min drive. 1 minute walk to the beach or a short drive to one of the best beaches in the med , Nissi Beach. The waterpark , Waterworld is just 3 min drive away. Local supermarket/bar/restaurant at a 7 min walk. Busstop at the end of the road. There are some tradional villages in the surrounding areas with local tavernas. Quiet neighbourhood

The lovely one-bedroom place is centrally located and has easy access to everything. Coffee shops, restaurants, markets, and pubs are within walking distance. The most famous landmarks of Famagusta city are a 5-minute drive away. The most spectacular beaches of Famagusta are also within 5 to 10 minutes' driving distance. Just around the corner, you can also see the flamingos resting on the lake on their journey to Africa. Feel free to ask if you need help with transfers or have any questions.

Relax at the veranda in our beautiful garden swim or on the beautiful beaches in Latchi and camping sute. 5 minute walk to the center of Polis with great restaurants, fish taverns, cafes and bars to spend your time. After booking I will be sending you a google map of the area with recommendations about restaurants, grocery stores and must see sightseeing spots.
