The home is located in historic Hayes Barton, close to downtown Raleigh and Glenwood South district. Hayes Barton is a safe, shady historic neighborhood with cafes, restaurants and breweries within walking distance. Short 10 minute walk to the beach over the Davis Canal. Private entrance with access to fenced in back yard with firepit, hammock. After a day at the beach you can rinse off in the private, enclosed outdoor shower. Enjoy your fresh catch of the day on the outdoor grill, and enjoy it outside if you like at the cozy outdoor dining nook.

There is also an air purifier in the room- with HEPA filtration, removing 99.9 of all particles in the air. The space is the size of an average hotel room.
