Private screened lanai upstairs with outdoor dining and room for family games or entertaining. Access to the pool and lanai (newly renovated), fire pit, treehouse, swing and your own gas grill for guest use. Spacious back yard on a cul-de-sac. Close to shopping, dining, beaches, the airport and the interstate.

This affordable unit is an approx 450sq foot efficiency which includes a large King bed and bathroom, a full fridge, microwave, water dispenser machine and coffee pot. This is an attached unit located in Downtown Bradenton. It is around the corner from the Riverwalk, bars, and entertainment. Close to beaches. Great for couples or a single traveler.
