This property is located on Ox Lake which is private. The property has 16 acres. It is a short six block walk to Manhattan Beach Lodge for dining.

We are walking distance to Pequot Lakes, and just a 10 minute drive to Breezy Point or Nisswa for an amazing shopping experience. We welcome friendly, fully vetted dogs.

Recently updated, includes a separate bungalow in the beautiful city of Cass Lake, MN! Less than a 2 min drive to Cedar Lake Casino, the Cass Lake Public boat launch, and The Big Tap. Main home and bungalow are fully furnished with 1 king and 1 queen bed in main house, and 2 twins and a full futon in the bungalow. My lake cabin is on a private lake with no public access (Please note, I do not have a boat landing for guests to bring their own boats due to the steep hill). It is near numerous snowmobile/ATV trails, many beautiful lakes, and the Chippewa National Forest. There is 250 feet of lakeshore and over 30 acres of hunting land across County Road 65. The cabin is on over 4 acres; plenty of room to relax. There is a boathouse, dock, two kayaks, a small boat & motor, a fire pit and gas grill.

Upstairs apartment all to yourself. Large bedroom with a king Tempur-Pedic bed and sitting area w/desk; queen-size blowup bed and additional bedding available. Fully functional kitchen with microwave, stove, refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, pots/pans, plateware, glassware, and utensils. Bathroom includes full tub and shower, pedestal sink. Roomy living room with smart TV and space to relax. Walking distance to coffee shop, restaurants, some bars, grocery. Bike trail nearby.
