We are renting a downstairs, an apartment fully furnished with air-conditioned room. The apartment is about 5 minutes’ walk away from the town of Grenville. Free Internet and parking is also included. The property is located in sight of surrounding residential buildings newly built/under construction. Access road may be a bit undulating in-part (100ft approximately) You are expected to hear music from a night club about 500m away on Saturday nights in some cases all night.

A beautiful 2 bedroom cottage with incredible view of the Caribbean which is only a two minute walk away. The ''Tree House'' is located above the estate house.
