Encompassing over 1000 SF of interior space, this guest suite is completely private from the main house, occupying the entire first floor. Everything is new, a full reno was completed in 2017. It opens up to a pool (for guests' exclusive use during their stay) by way of a 300SF covered balcony with dining and deep seating. Think of this as the pool house, we do. The home features sweeping views of the great sound with a direct view of the sun creeping below the horizon in the evening.

The kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, microwave, induction cooktop, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, wine glasses and all needed plates and cutlery. Transportation from the airport can be arranged.

The unit is within my house, is self-contained, and consists of a bedroom and en-suite bathroom. It has its own entrance via french doors onto the patio and garden. It has a fridge, microwave and Keurig coffee machine. It is air-conditioned, has WIFI and cable TV. Hamilton is only a five minute walk with shops and restaurants, bus station and ferry terminal. The central location makes it a convenient place from which to explore Bermuda.

Wake up to breakfast in bed everyday! Greenbank is centrally located in Bermuda and sits right on the water overlooking the small islands in the harbour. We have fantastic sunsets and lovely deep water swimming from our floating dock. We are just seconds from the Salt Kettle Ferry which takes you right into Hamilton City and only minutes from the south shore beaches by taxi or bike.
