This barndo is 3 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, and an office with a day bed that pulls out to a king. Lake access to Lake Tyler via a private boat ramp on the east side of the lake just down the street from the property. There is great indoor/outdoor capabilities via the garage door out to the porch, where you I'll find outdoor seating. The Kitchen is fully stocked, including coffee for the coffee maker. It is an open concept Kitchen/living combo with a large smart TV for entertainment.

We are just 4 miles south of I-20, and an hour and fifteen minutes in either direction from Dallas and Shreveport. Surrounded by evergreen forest, two creeks, and plenty of wildlife - Cana Cottage is the perfect place to relax and unwind. The cottage sits about 200 feet from our main home.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene wooded area of the piney woods of East Texas. Unwind, relax and enjoy a glass of wine on our deck overlooking the canopy of trees. 1 Queen Bed. 2 twin pullout couches. Coffee available in cabin. Microwave and fridge on site. We have a tiny home with one bedroom and bath. The sofa is a love seat and pulls out as a twin bed. WIFi and dish Tv. The WiFi is fiber Optium We love feeding animal crackers to the alpacas and donkey. They will let you touch them if they are in the mood. But still lots of fun to feed. We have 5 alpacas and one donkey. We have the animal crackers for you to feed with.
