Our lower unit is a beautiful apt with stunning view on Katchemak Bay right from windows or yard. Private gardens, lower deck. Located about a 1/2 mile from the Bishop Beach area, 2 miles to the Spit and all the ocean activities you can imagine.A full kitchen for those who want to cook their catch or restaurants nearby that are outstanding. We have a freezer that you can store your catch in, but check with me on freeze space. Well behaved dogs welcome. Poo bad provided. NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY

It can accommodate up to 4 -6 singles or 2 couples and is close to Down town and the Harbor, 5 minute drive to town or 15 minute drive "honestly" to the Homer Spit and Harbor. This simple, charming cabin sits atop a green (or white or brown) pasture overlooking Kachemak Bay and two spoiled horses. It has a quiet “out of town” feel, yet, the Spit and downtown homer are only an 8-12 minute drive away. You might find fresh eggs from our hens in the refrigerator if they are producing well! It includes one comfy queen bed, full bathroom with laundry, and a small but capable kitchen. Longer stays here are economical and comftorable.
