Peaceful, comfortable and quiet on side street. Grocery store , post office, drug store shops and restaurants all just 1 minute away. Buses, trams and subways all close by. 20 minute walk to the St. Stephan Cathedral. Prestigious 9th district with Freud Museum 10 minutes away. Palace Liechtenstein 5 minutes (URL HIDDEN) much to see and do! This apartment is in an urban area in the 9th district of Vienna, famous for elegant living. It’s just a 4-minute walk to the magnificent Liechtenstein Palace and park. RING Strasse is nearby where all the historic jewels of Vienna can be found. There is public transport nearby: Underground Line U2 Bus 40a Tramway Line D, 38, 41, 42 NEW !!! CITY TAX !!! Please be informed that due to new regulations in Vienna, we are obliged by law to collect a city tax from our guests. We will need to charge 3,2% of your accommodation costs including the cleaning fee. Unfortunately, the tax cannot be collected directly over Airbnb and therefore needs to be paid at the check-in in cash. Please be so kind and prepare the amount in Euros. There are two separate bathrooms with shower, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine and a dryer. I love travelling and you will find pieces of furniture of different origins and of modern design. My aim is that you feal at home during your visit to Milan! You will have access to the whole apartment. The building is located in the heart of Milan, just 5 minutes' walk from Piazza del Duomo. There is a pharmacy and a supermarket just outside the property and a number of restaurants, cafes, and shops for all tastes around the corner. The property lies circa 150 m (5 min walking) from the Duomo Metro Station from where you can reach any corner of the city.
