Our pasta-making class is fun, creative, interesting, professional, and will turn you into an Italian pasta expert!
I am Federico, a professional pasta maker, and under my guidance, you will learn every secret about making fresh pasta.
It's a hands-on experience, so be prepared to pull up your sleeves and put your hands in the dough!
You will knead, cut, roll and fill ravioli, tagliatelle, tagliolini and a lot of different kind of pasta with semolina!
I will prepare with you authentic, fresh Italian pasta, with or without eggs, in different shapes and sizes and I will teach you the secrets of making colored pasta and stuffed pasta.
I will help know the best filling and sauces for your pasta dishes.

After making the pasta, we will all eat together. Drinks and desserts are included ( tiramisù/profitteroles home made)

Recipes are all based on freshness, high quality of ingredients, tradition, and, most of all my long experience.
With my expert guidance, you will be mastering homemade pasta in your own kitchen like a pro!

This class is highly recommended for families with kids.
Other things to note
It will be an informal cooking class, as with friends; there is no particular dress code, the important thing is that you relax and have fun.

I look forward to welcoming you to the well-equipped, safe and comfortable space of "Bigoli pastificio", a real pasta factory and pasta shop, in one of the most dynamic districts of Milan, a short distance from the Prada Foundation and a few steps from the "Porta Vittoria" metro station. Bigoli is a professional and at the same time familiar place, equipped with all the kitchen tools to prepare homemade pasta.

Date night with my girlfriend was a success. Federico met our expectations and more. The food was delicious and educational as well. If you are looking for a family environment as your learning the different techniques of northern and southern pasta making this is your place!

This class was fantastic! Hands on experience learning traditional techniques and styles was an experience I’ll never forget. Federico was thoughtful and passionate about his class which made for a fun evening. He’s a great teacher and I can’t wait to make some pasta for my family!

This was such a great night! I took my husband and in-laws and we had the best time. Federico is very personable, knowledgable and a wonderful host. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for something cultural and immersive. And of course the food you make is delicious so you get to enjoy what you make👍🏼

Very nice cooking class! Federico is a great teacher, very friendly and captivating. We learned to prepare 2 types of pasta: ravioli (filled with sun dried tomato, basil and cheese) and orecchiette. He then cooked them and we had a lunch together, with other member of the class, with a nice dessert that Federico prepared for us. A very nice italian experience!

SO AMAZING! Book this pasta experience over anything else! We were in a pasta lab and it was so great to see. Very clean. The host was SO knowledgeable and is very passionate about the art of pasta. I cannot wait to go home and tell everyone about this experience. Great job!!!
