A large family home reminiscent of a Tuscan Villa, in a quite street with stunning valley views. The shared kitchen is fully equipped and guests can cook their own meals, breakfast will be available on request. I have three cats who run the place and small pets are welcome on prior arrangement. Enjoy the outside areas with a cold drink and listen to the abundant bird life or sit quietly and enjoy the valley views and cooling breezes. Close to shops, Lismore 10 min, Ballina and the beach 30 min.

The studio is located at the rear of the main house and faces away from it so is quiet and private. There is rear lane entry and covered parking for one vehicle. Amenities include: wifi; a kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave, and coffee maker; separate bathroom; tv and video player; air conditioning; and a ‘5 star’ king size bed (super comfy!). Basics such as teabags, coffee, milk, and sugar are provided. There is a SPAR supermarket, bottle shop, post office and laundromat 200 metres away.

Fairly close to Lismore, yet only a modest drive to the beaches (Evans Head, Ballina, Lennox Head, and Byron Bay.) Your space features a comfortable queen bedroom and living area, and has an Asian-influenced decor. It includes a private patio and back yard, with access to a small orchard where fruit can be picked, and a lily pond.
