It is quiet, isolated and forms the perfect base for a wide range of outdoor activities such as hill climbing, kayaking, walking and fishing all available locally. Large glass sliding doors allow floor to ceiling views of the sea, sky and Summer Isles.

Garden Cottage with hot tub, castle & sea views

This charming cottage is completely unique having the old Redcastle ruin as a back drop and views of the Beauly Firth directly in front. There is an idyllic stream going through the garden and we have recently planted a wild flower meadow at the end of the garden. It has been beautifully refurbished in 2023 and we feel incredibly proud of the results. The cottage is located in the sleepy hamlet of Milton of Redcastle and really is an idyllic and very comfortable place to come and unwind.

Eddrachillis House

Eddrachillis House is a comfortable, modern home with spectacular views over Badcall Bay and its islands, two miles south of Scourie on the NC500. The house is set in 100 acres of land from shoreline to hill loch. The spacious open-plan living area contains a very well-equipped kitchen and dining area where you can dine under the stars. The cosy lounge has a wood-burning stove and patio doors onto the front terrace with stunning views. Gorgeous bathrooms and very comfortable large beds.

Historic old schoolhouse with spectacular views of the Kyle of Sutherland. Full of character and charm with a huge kitchen/family room, enchanting Library and glorious south-facing sunroom. Ideally located for exploring the northern Highlands - just 25 minutes from the beaches and golf at Dornoch, yet only a hour’s drive from the rugged West Coast. The Old Schoolhouse is the perfect base for fishing, hill-walking, mountain biking … or simply to relax and get away from it all!

The Turf House - unique stone built Turf House

The Turf House is ideal for a romantic get-away. Spacious, unique living room with multi-fuel stove and open-plan kitchen. Large bedroom with a four-poster bed. Bathroom with antique roll top bath and separate instantaneous shower. Beautiful mountain views and a 10 minute walk from an amazing beach. Excellent walking, climbing, fishing, kayaking, diving and wildlife. Don't forget your camera! Saturday to Saturday booking, but happy to accept min 3 night booking.

The East Wing

This is a self-contained annex that is ideal for a couple but it is not suitable for children of any age. Guests have access to a kitchen with a range of facilities, with seating area. Although open-plan, there is a separate area for sitting and relaxing. The property has off-street parking and has its own private entrance. The East Wing is within easy walking distance to all amenities in the village and only 3 streets back from the shore.

A delightful place to stay and newly finished in May 2019 'The Wee House' can be found right next door to our own (slightly bigger) house, 'Heisgeir'. We will be on hand just next door to give you a warm welcome and to ensure your stay with us, and whilst you explore the Skye and Lochalsh area , is both enjoyable and peaceful. Being born and brought up in the area we hope our local knowledge will allow you make the most of your trip.

Waterfront Cottage on the Applecross Peninsula

Tigh A'Mhuillin (The Mill House) is a lovely detached home close to picturesque coastal villages (5 miles from Shieldaig and 17 miles from Applecross), with shops and pubs. Fabulous hill walking and climbing in the Torridon mountains, mountain biking on tracks and quiet roads, fishing, and sea trips to explore this beautiful part of the Highlands. For the less energetic, just sit, relax and watch the ever-changing scenery.

The View

Our home is situated 1.5 miles from Portree town centre where you will find lots of lovely restaurants and cafes, shops and tourist information centre. Guests enjoy sole use of our bright and spacious double bedroom with living space, breakfast area with table and chairs and private shower room. An ideal place to relax and explore our beautiful island.

The Wine Maker’s Cottage

This unique place has a style all its own and has a gorgeous greenhouse attached which has a grape tree growing through it. It is very spacious, bright and has everything you would need for your stay. We are 1 mile from the village of Drumnadrochit and very close by to the famous Loch Ness.

Registry Cottage

Situated in the heart of Ullapool Registry Cottage is close to the harbour, cafes, pubs and shops. It provides a modern, practical and cosy accommodation, providing a great base for anyone visiting the North West Highlands. Our cottage is best suited for couples.
