Eating at Wilson's restaurant is not just about the food, even though its one of the best places to eat Dominican style fish in Cabarete! Its a whole experience. After only a 5 minute drive from our villa you will park next to the River Yasica where Willson will send his boat to pick you up and take you to his little paradise, a Robinson Cruso style Restaurant! Everything is freshly cooked in his kitchen on the natural wood fire. He also has the best Coco loco and Piña Colada in the area! which you can enjoy while taking in the local scenery and Kite surfers out on the river.

This is a secret place. You drive here and a little rickety boat comes a gets you. takes you across the little river to a scruffy shack. The food was actually good. I didn't think i would be able to eat here. It didn't look too clean. I did eat there and didn't get sick. An experience I'm glad I didn't miss. Very good food if you can get passed where it is cooked. Washrooms are very iffy! Take your own paper and wipes.
