This place is super convenient located just downstairs serving great coffee and food. There is a lot of space and this is a great spot to hangout and get some work done. They are open until 10pm and also serve wine in the evenings.

Great local coffee spot that's open early and closes late. Recommend the cold brew coffee here. Carries beer and wine as well.

This is a great place to grab a coffee and/or do some work. Some evenings they do beer or wine tastings and have live music. ( 5 minute walk)
