Food here is about presentation and taste. It is not your typical Maine dining experience in which the idea is to fill up with large portions. Currently (summer 2021), Brian's requires reservations, which are easy to make. We called the day before for a Thursday reservation and were accommodated. Brian's is NOT inexpensive.

This restaurant has really fantastic food. They are a bit on the pricey side, but definitely worth it if you are looking for a night out with a nice meal!
