After you'll discover 3 different cellars, The Vinsantaia, the place where the Vinsanto (dessert wine) is made, La Tinaia where the Chianti DOCG and SuperTuscan ferment and the last is the Barriccaia, a 200 years old cellar totally underground, where the wine age in french oak barrell. At the end you'll taste 5 different wines with typical salami, prosciutto, pecorino cheese, bruschetta with fresh tomato from our organic garden and cantuccini cookies. I will meet you at the entrance of the village, in front of Porta San Giovanni, from where we will enter inside of San Gimignano, climbing a tower, having a coffee together, experiencing the streets, enjoying beautiful views on the town and on the countryside surrounding it, don't forgetting the two most important churches: the Collegiata and Sant'Agostino.
