This is absolutely our favorite restaurant for date nights. With authentic Panamanian food, margaritas and guacamole that's to die for. It is a really amazing date night place but I would not recommend it for large groups as seating is limited.

If you're jonesing for a pizza, try out our local pizzeria just minutes from the AirBnb. Excellent NY style pizza with the best pizza crust around. Get it to go or dine in and enjoy the pub style pizzeria

Just minutes from the AirBnb the Wrightsville Beach Brewery has excellent brews and amazing oysters and pizza. They are a great choice for large groups, families, or even sitting solo at the bar. The atmosphere is lively and family friendly. They also host a farmers market in their parking lot every Saturday morning.

They are a great choice for large groups, families, or even sitting solo at the bar. The atmosphere is lively and family friendly. They also host a farmers market in their parking lot every Saturday morning.

Another favorite is the hippy hash - a potato hash mix up with veggies and eggs. For lunch grab some Baja shrimp tacos, avocado turkey sandwich, or pulled pork BBQ sandwich.

This is probably why you are here so I don't need to say much. Go for a walk on the beach, laze in the sunshine, or walk the pier. Its crystal blue waters, fun surfing, and soft sand beaches are why we live here.

Another Wilmington Gem is the Downtown Riverwalk. Take a walk or boat tour down the Cape Fear and see historic downtown Wilmington. Also there are just so many amazing restaurants and shops that I can't mention them all. Grab Tacos at Beer Bario, Sushi at Yosaki, or out of this world pub food at The Twisted Fork. Bars and pubs abound downtown and you really can't go wrong. There is also so much history! Take a historic tour or a ghost tour and learn a little more about one of America's oldest cities. Take a day and see what there is to see!

Take a tour of this historic battleship! You will be amazed at the history and the size of this NC Battleship. This a great outing for families and you get to explore the entire ship including the decommissioned cannons. There is always so much to see on the Battleship that I recommend a full day for the visit.

This a great outing for families and you get to explore the entire ship including the decommissioned cannons. There is always so much to see on the Battleship that I recommend a full day for the visit.
Airlie Gardens is a 67 acre botanical garden that is definitely worth a visit. It is extremely close to our Airbnb. One of the spectacular features of Airlie is the massive 550 year old Live Oak called the Airlie Oak. During the November and December holiday season they have Enchanted Airlie with beautiful light displays and hot cocoa and Santa! Check their website for tickets and special events.

Take the kids and enjoy a day at the park or walk the loop from bridge to bridge around Wrightsville for great sightseeing of the intracoastal waterways. Parking is free for the first 2 hours - Go to the Self-pay Parking Meter and select 2 hours for your free parking ticket!

Grab a coffee or a smoothie at the beachside Sundays Surf Cafe! One of my favorite things is to grab a coffee from Sundays and walk to the pier to watch the surfers in the early morning. I love this little cafe.

This is a great fresh local place to eat if you are looking for wraps or sandwiches. Their specialty is tea! If you love tea they have anything your are looking for and can brew it up any way you like. Their London Fog is absolutely heaven on a rainy day.

Great coffee and a good work atmosphere if you need to get in a little computer time. They also have excellent lunch and breakfast options. This is my go to every day coffee place. There are 2 locations and both are excellent.
