Brookgreen is beautiful. Besides the statues and the gardens they have a zoo with animals indigenous to this area. They are hosting several events in the spring and summer. Go visit the website. We are members and we go to Brookgreen at least on a monthly visit year round. Summer and Spring a lot more.

Wildlife viewing and Ocean views with Atalaya Castle.
This State Park is one of SC’a finest. You can view many local birds and Alligators and get educational information about our ocean, creeks and Salt marshes. You can also walk the beach and there are restrooms and showers to wash use.

Very nice beach neighborhood. Good mix of full time owners and vacation rentals. This is the neighborhood that La La Land is located in. We are right next door to Huntington Beach State Park and Brookgreen Gardens

Fun Beach Yoga on Wednesday afternoon at 5:30 and Saturday and Sunday mornings at 8:30 just walk down 2 accesses from ours.
