Can’t go wrong with breakfast at Happy Gillis! It’s an amazing spot to meet up with friends for coffee, while looking out the window at one of Kansas City’s coolest Italian neighborhoods. Biscuits and Gravy with eggs and bacon is a must!

I’m sure everything on this menu is superb but I come here for one thing. The chocolate bag! It is unlike any other desert I’ve ever had. A chocolate bag filled with white chocolate mousse (this what heaven actually tastes like) along with strawberries, blue berries and raspberries.

If 4 levels of incredible views with beautiful plants and artistic lines, then check out the roof top patio with a stunning view of KC.

I love Loose Park and personally feel it is the best park in KC. Trails for running or walking, lawns for relaxing, trees for hamocking, ponds, and the rose garden is a brides dream!

I really enjoy this spot. It’s actually one of my secret spots that I want to share with you! Drive past the golf course on the right then park at the circle then walk down to the memorial. Look the the memorial and the fountain. The view is looking over the starlight theatre and the KC Zoo. Perfect spot for the sunset! But don’t get stuck there after dark because they will lock the gates.
