This restaurant is a valley gem. Delicious tapas done in the true Spanish style (owner is from Spain) , delicious wines, queso manchego, jamon serrano, paella ... always a great meal and the space is fantastic! You can catch the bus or make a quick 4 mile drive to Old Town Basalt. Open nightly from 5 to 10pm, although they have been know to open for a late lunch on the weekends. Tapas in the garden or dinner by the fire ... ENJOY :)
