Food and Entertainment
Myrtle Beach is not short on food, drink, or entertainment! While some areas are a short drive away, they offer something for everyone in your party.
The Market Common is a quaint town square with plenty of food, drink, shopping and entertainment options for everyone in your group. It tends to be a little more relaxed than the more popular areas in Myrtle Beach, such as Broadway at the Beach. The Market Common is a place where the locals often find themselves for weekend brunch, beverage, and farmer's markets. Rent a bike at Pedego Myrtle Beach or do some shopping at the many local stores. After you have worked up an appetite, grab a bite at any of the restaurants, but my personal favorites are Tupelo Honey, Co Sushi, and P.F. Changes. If you like craft beer, stop into the Brass Tap or Gordon Biersch to quench your thirst. I would also recommend the Apple Strudel at Gordon Biersch.

Broadway at the beach has plenty of shopping, activities, and restaurants for the entire family!!
Food: There are so many restaurants in the area, I wouldn't be able to list them all. I do, however, recommend the Grumpy Monk (Sushi, salads, bar food, and beers), Yamato Japanese Steakhouse, Liberty Brewery & Grill, and Kilwins which has the best ice cream and handmade cones...EVER! :-)
Activities: On-site you can find carnival rides at Pavillion Park West, Ripley's Aquarium, Soar and Soar Zipline, and WonderWorks (the upside-down funhouse) in addition to many others. Other activities that are within walking distance, but across the street are Top Golf, The Pelican's Stadium (seasonal), Helicopter Rides, Myrtle Waves water park, and Broadway Grand Prix (go-kart tracks, rock-climbing wall, arcade, etc).
If you enjoy Baseball, Pelican's games can be a lot of fun! Be sure to check their website for special promotions and the theme of the night! Top golf is also a lot of fun, but if you are golfing, in addition to more than just eating/drinking or catching a trivia night, make sure you make a reservation, as wait times can be pretty long without them.
Broadway is also known for its nightlife scene, making it a great place to celebrate birthdays, bachelor & bachelorette parties, or just making it through to the weekend! Our favorite bar is Crocodile Rocks, a dueling piano bar! The 5$ cover charge for non-residents is well worth the price.

Great concerts. The big acts are great, but the concerts on the patio are perfect for the summer!
