These are tours that we have experienced ourselves and would recommend!
This is a very family friendly place! Xel Ha is an all inclusive day trip including food & drink, snorkeling (including gear), ziplines, cenotes and coves, cliff jumping, and a 98.5 foot water slide! Our famiy has been here several times over the years and we find something new everytime! Lots to see and do!

This was a relaxing day tour spent traveling between four different cenotes where we were able to zipline, snorkel & kayak, repel, water slide and cliff jump.

The main attraction at this park is the amazing ziiplines! It has ziplines of various heights and lengths, with amazing views! There are also underground caves to explore and ATV paths to drive. This was great fun!

Something for Everyone!
This plaza is located at km 12, only 1 km from Villas Marlin. It is close enough to walk or a quick bus ride will get you there. This plaza features many stores and restaurants. Several restuarants are located on the lagoon making it a great place to relax as the sun is setting. It has an interactive aquarium that offers a dolphin swim. The plaza also has a movie theatre, a fish spa and a ferris wheel.

Build sand castles, collect shells, bury someone in the sand or go for a stroll. The condo has a sand court that can be used to play volleyball, tennis, etc (please bring your own equipment). A short walk down the beach and your can rent a jet ski or parasail. Or have a massage as you listen to the waves. The beach is great way to spend the day!

This resturant is a tiny spot located at km 9.5. It has the best burritos! You can fill out an order form that gives you an option for types of tortillas, meat, toppings, etc. Simply delicious!

This is an outdoor restaurant where you can enjoy your meal seated by the lagoon. A family favourite here is the pico de gallo and chips. It is served free with your meal, and you can purchase some to take back to the condo :) There is also a small kitchen located on the street that serves the most delicious tacos! It is about a 10 minute walk from the condo.

It is served free with your meal, and you can purchase some to take back to the condo :) There is also a small kitchen located on the street that serves the most delicious tacos! It is about a 10 minute walk from the condo.

This surf school boasts that anyone who has a lesson will get up on a surf board! Our family has visited here for many lessons and we are always pleased with the great instructors here. It is located at km 9.5, right beside Surfin Burrito, so you can guess where we like to stop for lunch!

These are places where we enjoy shopping when we are visiting Cancun.
This market is located on km 9 of the Hotel Zone. Here you can find a variety of items including T-shirts, bags, sunglasses, etc. Souviners of all types! Be prepared to barter!

Kukulcan Plaza is located across the street from Villas Marlin. The main attraction for us is the Soriana grocery store. This is where we buy our groceries, liquor and pharmacy items. It is very convenient to have everything in one place. It also has a spot where you can purchase salads, pizza, etc. You can also buy items in the grocery store (steak and corn for example) and they will cook it for you to eat right there. There is also a Santander bank with several ATM machines as well as a few restaurants.
