Bliss is a very short walk away from the oceanfront Harmony Condominiums. The owners are professional restauranteurs and bring their knowledge and skills from Europe. The menus are great and are accompanied by great wines and local drinks. Once you get off the busy streets and enter the garden and swimming pool area of Bliss it's like you are in another world. This inviting ambiance sets the stage for a great experience in dining.

I love this restaurant for lunch because the food is healthy, moderately priced, and served quickly. Plus, it tastes great. And, you have the choice of dining on the outside terrace or ordering a takeout so that you can enjoy the food at home or the office.

Airport Transportation
The published Taxi fare from the Puerto Plata International Airport to Harmony Condominiums is $35. The typical type of car is a Mini-Van that takes lots of passengers and luggage. If you are comfortable with negotiating, it is possible to request a lower fare and see what happens. Keep in mind, however, that this is the livelihood for local families and full-fare is appreciated. You could consider renting a car, but it is not really needed if you stay at Harmony Condominiums because it is within walking distance to most everything.
