Not only is The Bindery a completely unique concept for a restaurant, the chef happens to be the highest caliber chef in Denver. She has an amazing background, residing in Italy for 15 years, and other far away places. Her influences are unique and marry perfectly.
The Bindery opens at 8:00 am until 10-11:00. You can start your day with fresh baked anything (baked in German confection ovens) and with the best coffee in town. The barista machine is one of a kind to Denver, and it truly tastes like you're in Italy. They also serve a select breakfast menu.
They remain open for lunch where, again, everything is from the upmost quality ingredients with such ingenuity and skill. Dinner is a sensational treat, and beyond delicious. The wine list is not over raught, but carefully selected from the best vineyards.
As a designer the place is elegant, and extremely well thought out.
Zagat gave The Bindery, this review... " One of the best brunches in America!". So Saturday and Sunday Brunch at The Bindery is the place to be.
