Fantastic, best-in-town, donuts. They have 3 different locations and this on in smack in the middle of the old port. Lines can be long so going early is recommended. My favorite flavors are the dark chocolate sea salt and sweet potato ginger.

Take the 15 min ride on Casco Bay Ferry from the Old Port to this island. You can rent bikes or a golf cart to explore the island. There are a few beaches, some fun shops and restaurants, and an abandoned fort called Battery Steele that has lots of interesting graffiti art.
