An iconic Provincetown institution, The Red Inn is a historic building only a few steps from our place. Built in 1805, when you step across the threshold you are immediately taken by the historic character of the restaurant. While The Red Inn is amazing in all seasons, our favorite time of year to eat here is during the winter months. Sitting alongside the frozen bay and a fireplace, we love to enjoy a cocktail and their lobster and artichoke fondue. Since many of you are visiting in the warmer months, make reservations for dinner but come early for a drink at the bar or in one of the adirondack chairs on their deck.

Because it is very close to our home, we rarely start our day without coffee and a pastry from Relish and our beach days always feature a packed lunch from here as well. If you find yourself on the beach at our property and want something quick to eat or drink, Relish is the easiest place to go to.

Charming and quaint with a community feel, this place is a great option for breakfast on Commercial St. The walls are decorated with local art, and the staff goes above and beyond. They also serve dinner as well, though we have not tried their menu as of yet.

While you can walk to Liz's from our place, they also have a small parking lot where you might be able to find a spot. We love their eggs benedict options and coffee that reminds us of a favorite local diner near our home. If you like sitting at the counter, the "counter" here is an old boat which is fantastic. If you are a group of two or three, you can elect to sit at the community table in the window where you have the chance to sit with a few kind strangers and strike up interesting conversation.

Victor's is a great option if you want to try different types of food while you are in town. Known for their tapas fare served in dining room decorated in flawless coastal style, you will not have a bad meal. It is off the main strip, yet is a short walk from our home.

As parents, we appreciate having a place like Bubala's. It is perfect for children and families and they offer outdoor seating for pets which makes this a great location for us. We typically go here for a late lunch/early dinner and are never disappointed. Sip a Jackie O martini on the patio and watch the activity of Commercial street, or choose an indoor location and get a glimpse of the bay.

Very short walk from our condo and easy to walk right past if you aren't paying attention. Choose between eating outdoors, on the water, or inside their quaint restaurant. Their Italian menu will offer a nice break from the standard lobster rolls.

Great place for wine and liquors, that is a short stroll from our place. We love the "wine in a can" options in the cooler. They pack quite the punch and are easy to pack for the beach. Friendly and knowledgable staff.

Located near our home, you can visit the place where the pilgrims first docked in the new world. Given its remote location, it is not often busy even during peak season. While you are down there, take a look at the breathtaking dunes. Catch a sunset here too, if you can.
