You can get your water PADI certificate with divecenter Merlin. The staff is very friendly and professional. The certificate can take 3 days ( one to one course). They explain and answer any question clearly and patiently.

This is a grocery store, just 5 minutes walk from the Condo. The prices are reasonable, almost like in Canada, except the chicken, which costs about 3 dollars here, compare to 8 dollars in Canada.

Parada Maimon has the greatest grilled fresh fish and seafood in this area, you can eat a 2 pounds lobster for USD 25.00. You will need a car to get there.

I recommend you to get their full comprehensive insurance, which costs only 2 US$/day for a Kia Picanto. If you accept this insurance, you will have full coverage, and they will not block US$ 500 fro your credit card.
