The apartment is also quite conveniently located at a few minutes from Dubai Mall, a few minutes from Oasis Mall, a few minutes to the sea and 25 mins to Marina. There are bike tracks runninga around the building. A number of small supermarkets, pharmacies, bike repair shops and cafés are wthin walking distance.

Elite Business Bay Residence is 3 minutes away from Sheikh Zayed Road and Gulf Business Metro Station, 10 minutes to Mall of the Emirates, 20 minutes to Dubai International Airport and only minutes away from the famous Downtown Dubai.
