A very private/cozy family friendly house with swimming pool. Perfect place for small parties. A very relaxing space for vacationers, overseas contract workers and business people who wants to unwind and relax after a long hectic week from the office. One bedroom downstairs with full bathroom for easy access for seniors.

OUTDOOR KITCHEN: FULLY EQUIPPED FOR HOUSEGUESTS USE

- Refrigerator

- 2 Burner gas stove - FREE TO USE, NO EXTRA CHARGES FOR LPG

- Additional charges will apply if you want to bring electrical appliances such
as microwave oven, air fryer and electric/samgyupsal grill.

- Hot and cold water dispenser (FIRST 5gal DRINKING WATER IS FREE, 50
pesos extra if you need more, just ask the caretaker

- BBQ grill - bring own charcoal

- Cooking utensils, pots and pans are provided. Please wash them after
use and before check out

- Dinnerwares and flatwares are provided. Please wash them all after use and
before check out

- DUE TO COVID 19, BRINGING YOUR OWN IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
Paper plates, paper cups, plastic spoons/forks are the best options.

- All 3 bedrooms are Airconditioned and with wall fans FREE to use.

- Electric fans in the living room area are FREE to use.

- A/C in the living room can be avail for additional 1k per day. Please inform
me ahead of time if you want to avail.

- 55" flat screen TV with DVD player in the living room. You can bring a movie
to watch (NO CABLE TV)

- VIDEOKE HOURS OF USE: From 9AM to 10PM - Strictly implemented per
Municipal Ordinance

- When you get tired of singing, there are board games - Jenga, Uno, Bingo,
Twister, Floor tic tac toe and the classic filipino game of sungka

- Caretaker on premises to make your stay comfortable, hassle free, and to
help if and when a problem arises.

- Towels, soap and shampoo are provided when staying for 3 or more nights.
Please bring your own if you are staying for 1 or 2 nights only.

SMOKING IS ALLOWED OUTDOORS ONLY, STRICTLY NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE

- Sorry, pets are NOT allowed due to owners allergy. A 5000 pesos penalty
will be charged if a pet is seen and owner/caretaker was not informed.

- We reserve the right to ask houseguests to vacate the premises at anytime
if and when we deem they are becoming uncontrollable and house rules
are not being observed after repeated warnings.

- Any damage that occurs during stay will be charged to house guests

Guests need to clear with the security guard at the gate to get inside the subdivision by letting them know you are our guests.

Plenty of street parking in front of the house, very safe area.

Guests can use ALMOST the whole house with the EXCEPTION of the master bedroom, maids quarter and the owners kitchen.
