We have one room with one toilet.
One room is for two people (Two Singular beds). Furthermore, two more people can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. Therefore, our house can accommodate four people comfortably.

We only use a goose feather quilt with nature & organic colored fabrics. In addition, we supply free coffee.

Complimentary shampoo, body wash, and laundry shampoo are provided. The address is 107, Sirubong-ro, Dobong-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea. ^^

숙소 이용규칙

These rules are posted on the Airbnb homepage prior to booking. There will be expulsion or deposit of 300,000 won
(본 규칙은 예약 전 에어비앤비 홈페이지에 명시되어 있습니다. 어길 시 퇴실조치 또는 보증금 30만원이 부과됩니다.)

1. We are strictly not allowed any other person to come into the house except a reserved person. ( No stop by friends or family members and etc.)
우리는 예약 된 사람 외에는 다른 사람이 집에 들어오는 것을 엄격히 금지합니다. 추가인원이 있을 시 호스트에게 꼭 알려주세요.
- 2. No smoking in the house.
집 안에서는 금연 입니다.
- 3. No heavy alcohol party.
빌딩 내 주거민에게 피해를 줄 수 있는 과격한 술파티는 금지합니다.
- 4. Be keep the manuals such as check out time. (4 pm check-in, 12 am check-out)
체크 아웃과 같은 매뉴얼을 지키야 합니다. (오후 4시 입실, 오전 12시 퇴실)
- 5. We are not a Hotel, all trashes including food waste need to be put inside of a trash can.
우리는 호텔이 아니므로 분리수거로 나뉘어진 쓰레기통 안에 모든 쓰레기 (음식물쓰레기 포함) 담을 필요가 있습니다.
- 6. Strictly no shoes in the house.
숙소 안에서는 신발을 신을 수 없습니다.

- 7. Please turn the Air Conditioner/Lights OFF when you leave out.
외출 시에는 에어컨과 조명을 꼭 꺼주세요.

5. A bakery-cafe at the interaction in front of the apartment

5. 집앞 큰 사거리에는 베이커리 카페가 있어요.
