Consists of 3 bedroom with ensuite bathroom, creating an internal space with closed living room, kitchen, and dining area. Great location with super quiet neighborhood yet still close the great place that Canggu has to offer, only 5 minutes drive from the beach for your surfing session.

Chill out in our Brand New 3 Bedroom Villa Selina with private pool. Enjoy the mountain view while inhaling the beach breeze. Only by scooter to some of Bali's best surf beaches but but away enough from the main drag to enjoy a quieter experience. Consists of 3 bedroom with ensuite bathroom, creating an internal space with closed living room, kitchen , and dining area. And if you love to enjoy the breeze, you can always have an option to open the glass door in the living room.

Should you wish to prepare your own meals, the fully-stocked kitchen includes a water dispenser, coffee machine, freezer, fridge, stove, toaster and microwave. Full sets of pots, pans and cutlery are included as well. Or, if you’d like us to prepare home-cooked meals for you, simply let us know and we’ll see to it! Please note that the meals are at an additional cost.

Our Villa is included a dedicated GRO who will be pleased to assist you with any other request and help you to organize private car with driver, scooter rentals, day trips, taxi, restaurant reservations, laundry, babysitters, yoga instructors, massage/spa therapist and more. This villa is also baby friendly, we can organize baby cot, high chair or pool fence easily. Please text us with your specific requirements.

NOTE:
- We provide cleaning twice a week service, please communicate with our GRO if you wish more privacy or certain times for our housekeeping to come.
- For monthly rent, electricity is not included in the price.
- Smoking is not allowed in the bedrooms and in the living room

Breakfast can be prepared by our staff upon request with extra costs, please give one day notice.

And our villa is ideally located to take advantage of all that Bali has to offer.

Hello. My name is Alex. I am owner of villas in Seminyak.
I live in Bali for a long time.

I love to travel, so I understand what is important when on vacation - have a clean house, good and stable WiFi, nice staff, beautiful decor and pleasant atmosphere. Understanding this - my villa decorated with a focus on comfort and convenience.

Since I travel a lot I don't always get to meet you in person. But my team is very friendly and will assist you with any questions.

All our staff is ready to help in any matter. You can contact me and ask about tours and local sightseeing attractions, travelling to neighboring islands, renting bikes and cars. Our mission is to make our guests happy.

All the villas that I offer are in excellent condition and placed close to the ocean and main attractions.

I can also arrange for you on request: massage, SPA service, yoga classes, half or full day of sightseeing tours (beaches, temples, rice terraces, waterfalls, monkey forest, bird park, safari and marine park, tree top park), rent of a car, a bike, a surfboard, a transfer everywhere around Bali, fast boat tickets to the nearest islands(Gili's and Lembongan), horse and ATV riding, volcano trekking, diving, surfing, fishing and other fun activities.

Let me know more about your holiday wish list and I will provide advice, details and special rates for you.

We are very flexible and always try to take extra care about needs of our guests. Just let me know if you need early or late check in or check out, extensions, airport pick-up and transfer, breakfast, anything else that can make your stay more comfortable.

Early Arrivals and Late Departures

If you expect to arrive early in the morning and would like an immediate access to your room, we recommend booking the room for the prior night to guarantee immediate access.

Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access to your guest room until you depart. If you choose not to reserve, we will be glad to store your bags in villa till the time you need go to the airport.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation for a guest is 50% up until 1 week prior to arrival, except fees. Policies may differ by arrival date and villa type. For details of cancellation policies and deposit requirements, please check at time of booking.
