Suaimhneas is the Gaelic word for inner peace, which is the best way to describe this small one-person apartment. The apartment is fully equipped and furnished, with a kitchen. A 4- seater dining table, which provides space to eat as well as to work remotely. It has a single bed and a modern bathroom. A dream for a solo traveller. The bakery Dorfstetter is right opposite the house and provides access to fresh baked goods and groceries. The perfect location for an adventurous solo explorer.

As a guest, you have access to your apartment and the shared staircase that leads into the house. It can be possible to come across other guests, as well as my parents, my grandmother (her dog Benni) or even me from time to time. It is also possible to have a travel cot provided for the small apartment if you were looking to travel to a quiet space with your small child.
In addition, dogs are allowed, if they are clean, potty trained and quiet.

The apartment is right opposite the bakery which has an extensive offer of breakfast, coffee, and tea, as well as some groceries and necessities. The “Schischaukel” can be reached by foot in 10 minutes or by car in 2 minutes and allows for skiing, snowboarding, mountain carting, hiking or more, depending on the season.
The climbing park can also be reached by foot within 10-15 minutes and is a great outdoor activity for young and old.
From the house, there are many options of “Gasthäusern”, which are Austrian restaurants that often offer traditional cuisine. More information on these can be provided if needed. There is a small town hall situated 5 minutes from the house which allows access to an ATM, as well as brochures and information about the town and area.

Mein Name ist Bettina Schneider und gemeinsam mit meiner Familie vermiete ich meine Wohnung in unserem Ferienhaus in Mönichkirchen, Niederösterreich. Dadurch, dass ich momentan in Schottland studiere, kümmere ich mich um die Kommunikation während sich meine Oma Eva um die Begrüßung der Gäste vor Ort kümmert.

Wir freuen uns auf euren Aufenthalt und bitte zögert nicht mir bei Fragen eine Nachricht zu senden. Ich melde mich so schnell wie möglich und bin immer bereit zu helfen :)

My name is Bettina Schneider and together with my family we are renting out my apartment in our holiday home in Mönichkirchen, Lower Austria. As I am currently studying in Scotland we are renting out the apartments that have been left empty as a result. I am mainly responsible for the communication whereas my grandma Eva is in charge of welcoming the guests at the house and handing over the keys.

I currently study and live in Scotland, but I take care of the communication and booking of guests via Airbnb. My grandmother Eva is mostly at the location to hand over the keys and she can answer any of your questions in person.
