The cabin is 60 meters from the water (full south) and is a small cottage, all brand new inside from 2021: kitchen, tiled bathroom and a bedroom with open fire. (25 m², see floor plan in pictures section). In 2021 I also built a wooden deck in front of the house (not in pictures yet). So you have a nice area to sit outside during warm summer days. Simple and rustic sauna inculded, down in th e garden right by the water.
The kitchen has oven and induction stove + all you need to for cooking. In the kitchen you will also find a table and two chairs.

• Fridge with freezer compartment.
• Plates, silverware, glasses, mugs, kitchen knives etc.
• Water heater and coffee machine with filters.
As courtesy, I provide basic cooking stuff:
• Salt, pepper and oil
• Some tea bags, coffee and a french press coffee maker (to get you through that first morning :)
Things you won't find that you may be used to: household paper (save the planet, there is a cloth!), microwave oven, TV, extra towels, salad toss.
The bathroom is a compact tiled bathroom with heated floor, shower and WC.
The bedroom has a comfy IKEA Hemnes-bed. Daytime you tuck the second mattress in to make some extra floor space and the bed serves as a daybed/couch. When it's bed time you slide out the second mattress and *magic* you have a 160 cm double bed in front of the open fire! Lay in bed and watch the flames from under the covers. Very cozy and romantic. When you arrive the bed will be set as a daybed/couch. The house is also equipped with a washing machine.
Close to the house is a large receration area for trail running in summer and X-country skiing in winter... or just ski/walk right out on the frozen lake. The house is not in the "wilderness", Luleå 5 mins away by car, just mentioning since some guests expect total seclusion. Good place to watch northern lights. Heating, hot water, wonderful view - all very nice and comfortable!

When the lights dance across the sky you can walk out on the frozen lake in front of the house and look north across the sky. Also I can guide you to places away from the town's lights where contrast is better.
