Enjoy the convenient location and park your car for your entire stay. Laze beside the heated swim spa/plunge pool, or enjoy the convenience of been less than a 5 minute walk to the beach, restaurants, bars, cafes, cinema, supermarkets, play grounds and gift shops and a 10 minute walk to Glanville Hall with it's adjoining 3 par Gold Course. Semaphore Sea Breeze is a quick walk to the train station or bus stop for a quick commute into Adelaide or a 30 minute walk to beautiful Port Adelaide.

Semaphore Sea Breeze is a beautiful light filled 100 year old house, which is newly renovated to have the convenience of all the mod cons, keeping the feeling of old world charm. There is zoned air conditioning and heating in every room, unlimited WiFi and Netflix. The main bathroom even has underfloor heating.

For the more adventurer's why not walk down to Semaphore South and watch parachuters landing (flights leave from Parafield). Or bring your Windsurfer, SUP board or kayak and check out Semaphore Beach, West Lakes and Garden Island Dolphin Sanctuary from another angle! Top of the day with a refreshing sundowner and affordable meal on the balcony of the Semaphore Surf Life Saving Club.

Why not check out Port Adelaide which is a 30 minute stroll or 5 minute by car. With it's beautiful architecture, funky cafes and inviting beer gardens. There is plenty to do for the young at heart with the South Australian Maritime Museum, National Railway Museum, South Australian Aviation Museum and Clipper Ship, or just check out the world class murals. Why not spend a day out at sea on a Tall ship, or just a few hours on the dolphin explorer

Featuring four bedrooms (two king, one queen, one bunks), you will enjoy a blissful night’s sleep with the help of block-out curtains, roller shutters, triple glazed windows in every bedroom, and luxury memory foam mattresses

Semaphore Sea Breeze has two full bathrooms, one featuring underfloor heating and a double rain shower, whilst the other has a separate bath and shower.

Cap off your day with a BBQ under the peaceful patio or relax in the 4 meter long swim spa. Heated year round, the swim spa temperature is at your discretion. Set it to 38 degrees for warmth during cold winter nights or to 28 degrees, a temperature perfect for your summer swim session. If the kids aren’t in the swim spa then the cubby house and toys will keep them occupied for hours.

Hi I'm Jill,

After travelling around the world for over 20 years and living in London, Canada and the East and West Coast of Australia for an exteded amount of time, or back packing or skiing through The States, Japan, Europe and the Middle East, I finally needed somewhere to settle down again.

After living in so many great places, I needed somewhere that was going to keep me inspired. After stumbling on Semaphore, I was held here by all of its festivals, cafes, beautiful beaches, outdoor activities, progressive culture, cool sea breeze, friendly community and close proximity to Adelaide.

After travelling so much, I know what I am looking for in accommodation. I like to be close to amenities and outdoor activities. I need somewhere to cook and do my laundry, a really comfortable bed, privacy and space to relax, and room to include my family and friends. Not to mention a hot tub for winter and a plunge pool for summer!

I hope you fall in love with Semaphore as quickly as I did. I'm always learning new things about the Semaphore area and Adelaide. I would love to hear of your travels and adventures.
