Our cozy cottage is in a quiet neighborhood that is family-friendly in minutes away from all the hot spots. The War Memorial Coliseum, Purdue Fort Wayne or PFW, Grand Wayne Center, Downtown Ft Wayne including Headwaters Park, Lakeside Rose Gardens, and Downtown Life.
Our cottage is the perfect space for couples, solo travelers, families with children, pets, and the business individuals.
Our space includes a full wood privacy fenced in backyard. Great for dogs of all sizes or children to play.

As our guest you will have access to the entire home. Our home consists of a family room where you can relax and recharge, a kitchen to cook great meals, desk area, kitchen table, as well as a fenced in backyard!

We supply minimum pots and pans to make breakfast, lunch, or dinner items and have hosted minimal items such as salt/pepper.
Our home has a beautiful backyard. The backyard is fenced in. We do allow your 4 legged companions to come but there is a fee of $20 for 2 and $10 each furry friend after 2. This covers cost to pick up and additional cleaning needed in the home.
Our home has a washer and dryer for you to use. It is an addition charge of $15 for use of the washer and dryer (detergent and dryer sheets provided) with an unlimited use during your stay. We provide you with the code to enter the area when you want to use the washer and dryer.
Our home is protected by cameras on the outside of the home. This way we can assure you enter safely and your stay is safe.
