Hey, it’s Dan & Beth

We have recently purchased a 3-bedroom ‘Redrow’ on the outskirts of Exeter in which the guest room is not being used - so we thought it would be the perfect opportunity for hosting !

We consider our house to be modern, warm and very inviting. As keen travellers, we understand the importance of good accommodation and pride ourselves on offering a pleasant yet affordable stay.

Quiet development in Pinhoe on the outskirts of Exeter. There are lovely walks across our development which we find makes for a very peaceful stroll of a late evening !

We are living adjacent to the construction site at the moment, but works commence between 8am and finish promptly at 5pm. However, we find noise to be kept to a very minimum ..

Local Co-op opposite the entrance to our development which is very handy if you require anything during your stay.

Central hub of Pinhoe is 10 minute walk from our house and that has a really nice pub, cocktail bar, chinese, shop, post office, subway etc. There is also a Sainsburys/Aldi which is a 5 minute drive from our house.

M5/A30 (A30 takes you 10 minutes to Exeter airport) is located about 5 mins drive from our house. Also very close to us is Sandy Park (Exeter Chiefs Rugby Stadium) which may be of interest if your a sports fan.
