*This condo is self check-in but you will need to stop by concierge to pay for and pick up your registration packet.
*Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is at 10:00 a.m. central time.
*Age requirement is for at least one guest to be 25 years of age.
*There is NO SMOKING in the condo.
*NO PETS are allowed in the condo.
*The cleaning fee is a one time charge. The housekeeping fee includes a registration fee which includes a parking pass and armbands for the resort.
*Parking pass for 1 vehicle is included in the registration packet.
*6 wristbands provided for 6 people to access resort amenities are included in the registration packet.
*Pictures in the listing are subject to change because we upgrade the unit often.
*Busy months tend to be March, April, June and July for Spring Break and Summer Break vacations. For a slower pace but same warm weather and water temperatures, visit during the months of May, August, September, October and November.
