The studio apartment (on the ground floor with sunlight & fresh air) has all amenities like hot water, water purifier, full kitchen with utensils & fridge, queen size bed. It has a private access hence going in-out anytime is no problem .
A newly built place with new Western toilet & shower.
It is very well ventilated with high ceilings . It has fans, you will not need an AC here.
For scooters there is a parking inside the house.
You can access the shared rooftop, ask for the timings.

It is close to the heart of the city- Fatehsagar lake . Also has many other attractions close by like sahelion ki badi , Vibhooti Park, Sukhaiya Circle, Celebration Mall , Neemuch mata temple and Badi lake to name a few.

The entry to the appartment is private hence the guests can go out and come in anytime they like. There is a common rooftop shared by Hussain and Rafael (a longer term tenant).

It's a very nice quiet , green neighbourhood . Close to the lake yet not too close into the city hence you do not hear the annoying honking at any time.

I am a 25 years old who runs a small business. Trying to get hands in the hospitality to understand how things work and to also meet new people. I have newly found interest in gardening (hence the terrace garden ) . I wanted to make use of the resources and see if people will like the idea of an open kitchen with garden.
