This 2 Bed Rooms Duplex is the perfect place for you and your family/ friends. Effortlessly stylish, it is a 150sqm space, with 2 levels.
On the first floor, you will find a large Living Room with Smart TV and large Sofa. The fully equipped Kitchen will give you the opportunity to have nice breakfast by the Bar, or have a great evening at Home with your friends, while you're cooking all together and enjoying the space. The back patio is where you will find the washing machine. The front terrace has 4 Lounges and a Table to enjoy a nice drink, or a good book by the Pool.

On the second floor, 2 large Bed Rooms with 2 En-Suite Bath Room. Each has a large Wardrobe, and TV, as well as a Large Balcony with Lounges to either enjoy the Pool and Mountain View, or the Coconut Field View.

The House is located in a gated community of 8 Houses. It has a private Parking Area, and 2 Larges Swimming Pools and Garden.

The House is located at The Blue Lotus Residence, in Mae Nam Soi 1 - right on the Short Cut between Mae Nam Beach and Lamai beach.
The closest Beach - MaeNam - is about 1.2km from The House.
Chaweng Beach, Bophut Beach and Lamai beach are between 10 and 20 minutes away, which makes this Residence very central and good thing for those who want to be in a quiet area, just a few steps away from the main areas.
