Charming contemporary saltbox is the perfect getaway for ultimate relaxation. Beautifully landscaped pool area, screened in porch. Comfortably sleeps 6. Convenient, quiet location is close to town, beaches, restaurants and all attractions.

Nicely furnished, contemporary home with cathedral ceilings. Great for families, couples or friends. Fully equipped kitchen. Air conditioned. Luxurious bathrooms with deep soaking tubs. Three spacious bedrooms including a master suite. Two bedrooms with their own private decks. Expansive, sun drenched brick patio pool area with high quality teak dining and lounge furniture including large dining table with umbrella. Stainless steel Weber outdoor gas grill. Heated (summer season only)16x36, enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower, screened-in porch, WIFI, large new Flatscreen TV's for your entertainment pleasure and comfort. House has a security alarm system for maximum security.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home and outdoor areas during their stay.

Fresh, designer linens and towels. Large beach towels, 6 beach chairs and several ice chests of various sizes. Pool toys and floats. Computer printer/fax/scanner, 22 inch computer display that you can hook up to.
Over sized washer and dryer. Parking for up to 3 cars. Home is located approximately 2 1/4 miles from EH town center. A great, full service deli is a short 1/4 mile walk. You would ideally have a car although taxi service to town and beach, etc is a phone call away.

I will not be present during your stay - the house will be solely for your private enjoyment. I will be available be phone and in person as necessary.

Bucks Path is a quiet cul de sac close to Three Mile Harbor. The property is bordered by a reserve both in front and behind the house so it's super quiet and private in spite of being convenient to town.

You would ideally have your own car. Taxi service is readily available.
