Comfortable, bright, and breezy home for 5 guests. The interior was renovated to maintain its vintage elements and showcase a fresh bohemian vibe and So Cal personality. Perfect for families with children featuring a large backyard for lounge/play, inviting common spaces, and a kid's room. Centrally located in a well-kept neighborhood near many So Cal points of interest - Disneyland, Knots, Downtown Fullerton, colleges (for families visiting grads), and major freeways for beaches and LA access.

Our home is completely setup for a comfortable getaway in Orange County. We have comfortable beds, a private and spacious backyard, free driveway parking (no overnight street parking), and a flowing floor plan. The 1,100 sq. foot indoor space was designed with an outdoors/nature-loving perspective - you will witness our special attention to indoor plants, natural products, organic vegetable raised beds, fruit tress, and a succulents garden in an otherwise xeriscaped backyard. It is a perfect place to return to after exploring OC - lay back in the lounge chairs while watching the hummingbirds enjoy our flowering plants or play corn hole, board games, or giant jenga while barbecueing. We have a simple charcoal grill and smoker available. Feel free to season with our homegrown thyme, oregano, basil, sage, or parsley). We also have a fire-pit and some outdoor furniture to maximize your time outside. Our kids room will inspire reading, creativity, and play (a set of toys, books and art supplies are available for gentle use) and keep little ones entertained in a stimulating light-filled space.

The rental is for your private use of the entire home, listed amenities, and driveway parking (two cars max.). Guests will have access to fully equipped kitchen for artesanal cooking (our kitchen does not have a microwave, dish washer, toaster, automatic coffee maker, or food processor - we find no issues in cooking and baking with artesanal methods without such machinery). It is a light filled space that doubles down as a greenhouse - home to many indoor plants. We are travelers ourselves and understand the little things that make a stay pleasant - we believe our home offers all the things necessary for a comfortable and pleasant stay! If in doubt, don't hesitate to ask!

This is our beloved home, take care of it as of your own. You will be staying in a neighborhood with our actual neighbors, so please be mindful. Absolutely NO PARTIES - the only people inside our home should be those staying (5 people max, no exceptions).

We started our home transformation as all transformations should begin - from the inside out. While our interior home is clean, comfortable, and recently renovated, there are a few things such as the front landscaping and outside painting pending. Given the abundant space in our inviting backyard, you will find plenty of interesting and well thought of spaces there to enjoy the outside (privately). Don't let the simplicity of our outside lot deceive you - our home is very charming, clean, and filled with attention to detail.

We are located in a corner lot in a well maintained residential area. Location. Location. Location. We are only 5.5 miles from Disneyland, 2 miles from CSUF, 1.2 miles from Downtown Fullerton (many cute shops, coffee/breakfast spots, and great bars/restaurants) and less than a mile from Fullerton College. Most beaches are within a 30 minute drive. Los Angeles is about one hour away (due to traffic, not distance), but only about 20 minutes via train (we are near the train station!).
