Hi everyone

The bedroom comes with double size mattress and wardrobe,table...

We have unlimited internet,Apple TV and a big backyard, laundry room and your bathroom were just renovated with marble finish table. Brand new!!!

Transportation is very convenient. with bus 545 stop outside the door. About 4 mins bus to Macquarie Uni, 5 mins to eastwood station. Parking covered.

We don’t live there ourself but minutes away Have some long term tenants live in this property, all working. In general, the house is always in tidy and clean condition. Very quiet environment.
