Omah Tluki is a Javanese house with a large living room and backyard. It is located in a quiet residential area next to the Pakualam Palace less than a kilometer from the city centre .

The ensuite bedrooms are equipped with a very good mattrases, air conditioning, hot shower and free WiFi access.

Breakfast is served every morning. Eggs are available in the fridge. Free coffee, tea and mineral water. Vegetarian meals are also served by request.

We do daily room cleaning except on Sunday.

The house is modest yet large one floor mortar and brick building. Located in the center of an old neighborhood makes it the right place for those who likes quiet surrounding for relax, study or work.

This 20 m² room gives the guests enough space to arrange their working space. The large windows with adjustable blinders overlooking the small side yard also makes the room bright.

The living room, dining area, kitchen, washing area and backyard are the shared spaces.
Guests are welcomed to use our kitchen or wonder off to the back yard and greet the family pets.We have cats, turtles, chickens and fishes in the pond.
Washing machine is available and can be rented at an additional charge

Guests may park their personal or rented bike or motorcycle in our garage, however currently we do not have facilities for overnight car parking.

We would like everyone staying with us to enjoy the privacy of their rooms but also the opportunity to socialize with our family members at the living room and dining area.
Let me introduce you to the members of Omah Tluki.
It's a family house for four generations. Hosted and run by Maggie Norobangun, Mita, Tini, Tuti and Bu Mar.

Maggie, the owner of the house. Although visually challenged, she is a great source of history. She love to talk to new people and entertain them with her stories.

Mita the host. She will make sure you will have an enjoyable stay with Omah Tluki and will help you to meet the information you need.

Tini and Tuti are dress maker sisters who are also ready to help you during your stay.

Bu Mar the cleaning lady who cleans and prepares the rooms.

You do not have to worry about checking in because there will always be somebody to open the door for you.

BREAKFAST is served everday between 06.30 - 09.00AM. We also provide eggs and bread in the fridge, please feel free to prepare your own breakfast if you prefer to. You are welcome to use the kitchen but make sure to wash your own dishes and clean it afterwards.

LUNCH is not available but guests may join us for dinner at an additional charge. We use only premium ingredients and organic vegetables. A vegan menu is also available upon request. Please advise us of any special dietary requirements that you may have.

YOU may invite outside guests for lunch or dinner at an additional charge. Maximum 4 persons.

WASHING machine is available and can be rented at an additional charge or you can subscribe to a laundry service near by. They offer pick up and delivery service.

YOU are welcome to enjoy the backyard and try our home grown fruit that is in the season but make sure to wear our outdoor sandals provided and take them off or wash your feet before entering the house to avoid tracking dirt into the house.

THE room will be cleaned daily between 08.00 - 11.00 AM, except Sunday.

WE strictly separate our organic and non organic trash, please help us to put all your organic trash in the bucket provided.

LONG TERM STAY
We do serve long term stays for those who need to stay in Yogyakarta for work or study. Get 10% to 40% discount for a longer period of stay.

IMPORTANT NOTE
The maximum number of guest we can host in room #3 is 2.

There are several tourist destinations in the neighborhood. The Pakualam's Palace, several museums and markets.

Ако резервирате за да престојувате кај нас, тоа значи дека постои можност за средба и споделување на заедничкиот простор со другиот член на куќата, вклучувајќи ги и миленичињата. Имаме мачки, желки и кокошки кои го окупираат дворот. Нема ништо луксузно во нашата куќа, но ние ќе ја направиме пријатна за вас.
