Four bedrooms, three bathrooms, large living area with split system and Jetmaster open fireplace. Four TV's, WIFI,split systems in three of the bedrooms. Large entertaining deck at rear.
Country Style kitchen with induction cooktop and electric oven, convection microwave and Rayburn cast iron slow combustion stove.
Plus keep Warm and cosy in front of the great Jetmaster open fire.
Off street parking for two cars, plus access to rear yard with room for your bikes, trailer, boat or classic car behind secure double gates.

NO LINEN SUPPLIED - Doonas with covers and pillows are supplied, however, YOU are required to bring your own LINEN, (top/bottom sheets, towels, bathmats and pillowcases) or you can hire these for an extra $25 per person. Please advise us if you wish to hire linen 7 days prior to arrival. Beds can be made up for an extra $15 per bed and must be advised a minimum of 7 days in advance of arrival.

Bed 2: 1 Queen
Bed 3: 1 double bed, 1 x single bed, and 1 single trundle.
Bed 4: 1 Queen with ensuite, (separate entry off back decking)

STRICTLY no Schoolies, Bucks Parties, Hens Parties. It is a requirement of our owners to obtain number of guests staying at this property.
This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.
If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply. All bookings are subject to owner confirmation and approval.
You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide us with a copy of your Drivers Licence & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.
NON SMOKING POLICY: applies to all of our holiday rental properties both inside and outside the property - extra cleaning charges may apply for any butts found on the property.
Bookings - are accepted by First National in good faith as agents for the property owners. Bonds: Some properties charge a guest bond.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Upon booking a 50% deposit is payable immediately.
The total balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation requests before the 30 days of arrival - 50% deposit will be refunded
Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival – No money will be refunded
KEY COLLECTION - All keys must be picked up and must be returned to our office in Cowes. You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide our office with a copy of your Drivers License & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.
AFTER HOURS KEY COLLECTION MUST BE ARRANGED WITH US THE DAY BEFORE ARRIVAL.
