- Tons of chic cafes such as meri marcel, tiong bahru bakery, old-time favourites such as galicier pastry, tiong bahru market endless food options, random bars/coffee shops each telling a unique part of singapore story in history.
- Access to TWO MRT lines: 5-6 mins walk to Tiong bahru MRT (green line), or Outram MRT (green line)
- Good location! proximity to everything! 24-hours food & drinks outlets
- Few mins walk to Amenities (24-hr food centres / Supermarket, Tiong bahru plaza, etc)
- Outram/tiong bahru mrts easy access to > tanjong pagar, raffles place, city hall, bugis, dhoby gaut, orchard, downtown, etc.

1. Will need your photo-identity card or local work / student pass / permit showing face 3/4 days before checkin date to submit to office for tenant registration. Passport is NOT acceptable from tourists here.
2. In general please refrain from making loud noises at night after 11pm so that other housemates can sleep peacefully.
3. Loss or misplacement of key inside room and locking yourself out will incur an unlock fee / key duplicate S$120. As host and apartment caretaker do not live in the apartment, it's a pain to travel all the way to unlock room, especially if this happens in the wee hours or before midnight.
4. Security deposit is required by singapore law as safe guard of room fittings and furnitures. SGD$1000.
