Stunning and relaxing villa, 70 mts away form the sea. It is made up by two apartments connected through a door- thus it's perfect for two families. From the terrace-solarium, you can enjoy an amazing view of the Gulf of Noto and the Island of Capo Passero. The villa has a relaxing veranda with an hammock, sofa, various beach chair, barbecue and its own water drill. The villa is furnished with all conforts: Air Conditioning in the 3 bedrooms, fan for the living rooms, 2 TV, washing machine and hanging areas, external shower, beach towels, fully equipped kitchen.
Each bedroom has 2 beds (2 twin beds, 2 single beds) but you can add a 3 bed in the bedroom where the single beds are, so you can comfortably sleep in 7. However, there are two sofa beds in the living rooms, so you actually have sleeping places for up to 9 persons.

The villa is located in front of the beach of Morghella in Marzamemi, next to other vacation houses in a very tranquil area. While you are on holiday here, I suggest you see both the beaches on the Ionian Sea (Marzamemi, riserva di Vendicari, Playa Marchisa, San Lorenzo) and in the Mediterranean (Portopalo Carratois, l'Isola delle correnti, i faraglioni di Ispica): they are all different and stunning !

Ciao e Piacere! (English below!)

Dopo 14 anni passati in giro per il mondo, ho deciso di rientrare in Sicilia nel 2013 e da allora gestisco alcune bellissime proprietà a pochi passi dal mare, un B&B sul mare dove insegno anche yoga, una scuola di kitesurf e di surf, e un piccolo surf shop! Credo che sia fondamentale vivere in armonia con la natura e il ritmo del mare, per questo pratico un po' tutti gli sport acquatici, in base alle condizioni del vento e delle onde del giorno: dal kitesurf al surf, dal windsurf al Sup Yoga. Adoro viaggiare e tutti gli anni, quando la stagione turistica in Sicilia finisce, parto per 4 mesi e da host divento ospite Airbnb!
Oltre al mare, che è la mia passione più grande, amo cucinare (vegetariano!), e pratico (e insegno) yoga, skate, e amo leggere libri di filosofia orientale (Lao Tzu è una fonte di ispirazione!).
Come host cerco di essere sempre a vostra disposizione, per cui quando siete mie ospiti vi prego di avvisarmi se avete bisogno di qualcosa e ovviamente potete contattarmi per consigliarvi posti da conoscere e ristoranti!

Hello! Nice to meet you!
After spending 14 years living and traveling around the world, I decided to return to Sicily in 2013. Since then I manage some beautiful properties by the sea, a B&B at the beach where I also teach Yoga, a kitesurf and surf centre and a small surf shop!
I believe it is vital to live in harmony with the nature and the rhythm of the sea, so I practice all the water sports that I can, depending on the conditions of the winds and of the waves: kitesurf, surf, windsurf and SUP Yoga!
I love to travel and every year, when the tourist season is Sicily is over, I travel for 4 months and from host I become an Airbnb guest!
Besides from the sea, which is my greatest passion, I love to cook (vegetarian and vegan!), I practice (and teach) yoga, skate and I love to read books on Oriental Philosophies (Lao Tzu is always a source of Inspiration!).
As a host I try to always to available, so please do not hesitate to get in touch if you need anything and of course get in touch if you would like to have suggestions on places to see and restaurants!
